Scholarships

• Nanyang President's Graduate Scholarship (NPGS). NPGS is a competitive and prestigious scholarship scheme designed to encourage outstanding graduates or final-year students to take their first step towards a leading research career by studying for a full time PhD at NTU. The premier scholarship granted by NTU's President, recognizing PhD students who exemplify exceptional academic, research and leadership qualities. Open for application from any nationality. This scholarship is by nomination only.
• The Provost Graduate Award (PGA). PGA is a distinguished award presented by the NTU Provost to PhD students demonstrating outstanding academic achievements and research potential in their field of study. Open for application from any nationality. This award is by nomination only.
• AISG PhD Fellowship Programme. The AISG PhD Fellowship Programme is part of AISG’s Research programme which supports top AI research talents in pursuing their PhD in Singapore-based Autonomous Universities. Open for application from any nationality. Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
• A*STAR Graduate Scholarship. AGS offers full funding, access to world-class research labs, and the chance to take on a 12-month overseas attachment during your PhD. Open for application from any nationality. Non-Singaporeans must have completed or are on track to complete a degree in a Singapore autonomous university.
• Yunqi PhD Scholarship in Science and Technology . The scholarship is targeted at students who are interested in pursuing a full-time PhD at NTU in the areas of Science and Technology. Open for application from any nationality. Interested candidates should indicate their interest in the Scholarship in their application for admission.
• NTU Research Scholarship. The NTU Research Scholarship is awarded to outstanding graduate students for research. Open for application from any nationality. Interested candidates should indicate their interest in the Scholarship in their application for admission.
