Chen Change Loy

Professor

Chen Change Loy is a Professor of Computer Vision with the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is the Lab Director of MMLab@NTU and Co-associate Director of S-Lab. He received his Ph.D. (2010) in Computer Science from the Queen Mary University of London. Prior to joining NTU, he served as a Research Assistant Professor at the MMLab of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, from 2013 to 2018. He was a postdoctoral researcher at Queen Mary University of London and Vision Semantics Limited (acquired by Veritone), from 2010 to 2013. He serves as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Computer Vision (IJCV), IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence (TPAMI) and Computer Vision and Image Understanding (CVIU). He also serves/served as an Area Chair of top conferences such as ICCV, CVPR, ECCV, ICLR, and NeurIPS. He is a senior member of IEEE.

  

Ziwei Liu

Nanyang Assistant Professor

Ziwei Liu is a Nanyang Assistant Professor with the College of Computing and Data Science in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was a research fellow (2018-2020) in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a post-doctoral researcher (2017-2018) in UC Berkeley. His research interests include computer vision, machine learning and computer graphics. Ziwei received his Ph.D. (2017) from the MMLab of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his Ph.D. study, he interned at Microsoft Research and Google Research. He serves as an Area Chair for CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, AISTATS, WACV. He also serves as the Associate Editor of International Journal of Computer Vision (IJCV) and IET Computer Vision. He is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, such as ICCV Young Researcher Award, CVPR Best Paper Award Candidate, and International Congress of Basic Science (ICBS) Frontiers of Science Award. Prof Liu Ziwei has been recognized by MIT Technology Review: Innovators under 35 Asia Pacific 2023.

     

Xingang Pan

Assistant Professor

Xingang Pan is an Assistant Professor with the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to joining NTU, he was a postdoc researcher at Max Planck Institute for Informatics, advised by Prof. Christian Theobalt. He received his Ph.D. degree at MMLab of The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021, supervised by Prof. Xiaoou Tang. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University in 2016. His research interests include computer vision, machine learning, and computer graphics, with a focus on generative AI and neural rendering. His main works include DragGAN, GAN2Shape, and Deep Generative Prior. He serves as an Area Chair for CVPR 2024. He is awarded the Singapore NRF Fellowship in 2024.
